We have been doing a great job with reading the morning announcements for Kennedy every day.  Everyone has picked wonderful adjectives to describe the day.  Keep up the super work 1W!  I am so proud of each one of you.  It sounds like you are getting ready for 2nd grade already!

We learned about how Memorial day started after the Civil War ended.  
We made one of our most important American symbols, the American flag.
